Brief

One of the UK’s biggest brownfield remediation specialists, McAuliffe Group needed help generating awareness of its turnkey service and establishing itself as an industry expert amongst current and prospective clients.

The target audience was primarily UK housebuilders and developers, with a focus on current clients who provide repeat business.

Approach

We devised a targeted marketing and PR programme, which consisted of:

  • Content creation: producing frequent technical case studies, engaging blog posts and news posts
  • Direct marketing: creation and management of quarterly digital company newsletters and targeted eshots
  • Website creation: managing the creation and updates of company websites
  • Media relations: contributing company news and expert comment pieces to trade and regional press
  • Social media: set-up and daily management of company LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Awards programme: crafting entries to gain shortlist status and win prestigious awards
  • Events: supporting the successful delivery of client events

1196 engaged followers across Twitter and LinkedIn, with engagement on LinkedIn rising by 400% over the past 11 months

8 digital newsletters distributed, with average open rates of 20% and average click through rates of 24%
